binders of women, cars of lesbians

At the airport last week, a car waited to take the cast to our lodging. After a sleep-deprived morning and a cramped airplane ride, Rachel and Maari went outside to stretch any and all limbs possible. They noticed our car service outside.
“Are you here to pick up lesbians?” Maari asked the driver.
The driver quickly said, “No.”
And…that was it.
There was some awkward silence and some feet shuffling as the gals regrouped and went back to waiting for the rest of the cast to join them outside.
We eventually emerged with our luggage and made our way to where they were standing. Sure enough, it was our driver and our stage manager quickly hailed the driver. He helped us with our bags–including Maari and Rachel’s. He was here to pick up lesbians after all.
